I am a 24 year old teacher, lover of Jesus, and friend to all. God blessed me with the ability and patience to teach 3rd and 4th graders, and I will forever be grateful. It breaks my heart that in our country we take our education system for granted, when millions of kids across the globe would do anything for a chance to learn. I am on a mission to help bring education to students who don't have an opportunity otherwise. With each journey in my life I have felt myself drawn closer to Jesus. My most recent journey has led me to truly listen to Jesus and where he is guiding me for my life. I am beyond thrilled to explore educational mission work in Africa. I hope to work with educating teachers with new skills, bring excitement and joy to students as they are learning, and interact with citizens who are deaf or hard of hearing. I thank God that He doesn't give me what I deserve, and yet loves me unconditionally and continues to keep blessing me daily. Thank you for being apart of our journey. I couldn't think of two more loving, Christ-like, and all around amazing women to be sharing this journey with.

I am a freshman at UNK, with the goal of becoming a Special Education teacher. I am just an ordinary girl from a small town, aspiring to do extraordinary things. I truly believe that the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones that do. God has blessed me with so much. On my good days and bad days, God loves me. To me, there is no greater feeling than knowing that no matter what I do, God could love me no more or no less. And my hope is to share His love with as many people as possible. I was blessed with two amazing sisters, with the biggest hearts of anyone I know. I am so excited to continue this journey with them.

Like Kate, I am a freshman at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and am in the Radiography program. Once I receive my degree for Radiography, I plan to specialize and move into Radiation Therapy. I have a passion to work with children, so it is my goal to get a job at a Children’s Hospital once I am done with schooling. For some time now, I have wanted to participate in missions work in Africa and am so grateful that my sisters and I get the opportunity to do that. I love God with all my heart and know that his love for me is greater than I could ever imagine. In my life, I have been blessed with so much more than I deserve, and I hope to put those blessings to good use.
